A wonderfully delicious mixed berry smoothie packed with healthy energy boosting superfood berries high in antioxidants that are amazing for your skin, nails and hair. It’s made with blueberries, strawberries, banana and coconut milk. You NEED to try this Antioxidant Berry Blaze Smoothie!!
Just look at that incredible rich purple colour! That’s what you get when you mix red and blue – or strawberries and blueberries – Pure Purple Beauty.
This smoothie is made without yoghurt (but you can add Greek yoghurt if you wish), and I like it with coconut milk, but it’s equally amazing with almond milk (in fact any dairy free milk) or regular milk. And you can use fresh or frozen berries – for a really cold smoothie in summertime go the whole hog and freeze the banana too!

This wonderful mixed berry smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, as well as fibre for good digestion. ALSO - it's incredibly delicious, and pretty to look at!
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass or jar, and enjoy!
You can use 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt, or regular milk in place of the coconut milk if you wish. It’s delicious and healthy either way!
To make 2 smoothies, simply double the recipe.
