A delightful, spicy hot drink for tea lovers! If you drink Earl Grey you probably have all the ingredients on hand for this Spiced Vanilla London Fog Latte. It only takes about 8 minutes to whip these up. I used a manual milk frother but you can skip this step if you don’t have one…your London Fog will still taste great!

Even tea drinkers need a hearty and frothy festive hot drink!  I’m not a coffee drinker, and I try to stay away from sugary drinks – if you’re the same you’ll love this London Fog with a twist!

A good cup of Earl Grey tea every day is a must for me, I usually just have it with a dash of milk but around this time of year it’s nice to have something a little heartier, something that shouts cool weather comfort drink!

This is a good old London Fog with a spicy latte twist, and I love it!

Interestingly, sometimes this drink is known as a “Vancouver Fog” because it actually originated in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  I had always been under the impression that it was an English drink that originated in Britain, but that is not, in fact the case!

You can also have this Spiced Vanilla London Fog Latte iced – it’s very refreshing and a much healthier choice than iced coffee…

Just steep the tea, wait for it to cool down, stir in the honey while the tea is still warm, then add cold milk and crushed ice or ice cubes and you’ve got yourself one charming iced tea latte!
