This Almond Coconut Chai-Tea Latte is warm & spicy with a touch of sweetness. It's made with milk, coconut milk and a Chai tea bag (caffeine free infusion).

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Chai tea bag caffeine free infusion
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp honey add more to taste
  • 1 - 2 small drops almond essence
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Ground cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
  1. Heat the milk in a microwave safe jug in the microwave for about 1 minute or until hot.
  2. Pour into a milk frother and froth. (If you don’t have one you can skip this step, it won’t make a difference to the taste!)
  3. Place the Chai tea bag in a mug and pour boiling water over the tea bag, allowing to steep for a few minutes. Stir in the honey and almond essence.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, the frothed milk, and top with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
