A vegan (dairy free) tropical fruit and seed smoothie made with banana, pineapple, papaya or mango (or both!), almond milk, flax seeds and chia seeds with a dash of cinnamon to round out the delicious fruity, nutty flavours.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. The seeds should be mostly broken down and barely noticeable.
You can swap out the almond milk for coconut milk or Greek yoghurt if you prefer.
