With just 5 minutes prep time and 20 minutes in the oven, packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties, this vegan Golden Spice Roasted Cauliflower is SO YUM!!
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil. Sprinkle on the turmeric, paprika, cumin, salt and ground black pepper.
Toss everything together until evenly coated with the oil and spices. Add a little more spice or oil if necessary.
Roast for 18 - 20 minutes until tender but not too soft. Toss with a large spoon halfway through cooking time.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
