Ingredients
1cupcoconut milk
1 1/2cupsmilkor dairy free milk of your choice
1tspturmeric
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspnutmeg
1/8tspblack pepper
2datespitted
1/2tspfresh gingerpeeled
Instructions
Place coconut milk, milk, spices and pepper in a small saucepan and heat on a medium heat until hot (do not boil). The mixture will go golden yellow as it heats up.
Allow the milk mixture to cool for about 5 minutes (or as long as your blender specifies).
Pour the milk mixture into the blender with the dates and ginger and blend until smooth and creamy.
