A traditional English tea drink with a twist of added vanilla essence and spices to make it that much more wonderful and comforting! This hot drink is easy to make and sugar free.

Ingredients
1cupboiling water
1 - 2Earl Grey tea bags
1cuphot milknot boiled
1/2tspvanilla essence
1/4tspmixed spice
1/2tspground cinnamon
1 - 2tsphoney
Instructions
Pour boiling water over the tea bag or tea bags, vanilla essence, mixed spice and cinnamon in a measuring jug and leave to steep for 3 - 5 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea.
Heat milk in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, watch to make sure that it doesn’t boil.
Place milk in a frother and froth it up (if you don’t have one just skip this step - it doesn’t make a difference to the flavour!) then stir in the honey.
Pour the tea into your mugs or tea cups then pour in the milk, distributing the foam evenly between the two cups or mugs.
