A healthy, vegan and skinny pumpkin smoothie made with fresh pumpkin. It is silky smooth and OH so creamy and tastes just like a pumpkin milkshake!
Peel and slice the pumpkin into small cubes. Steam until very soft, drain.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until silky smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if you feel it is too thick.
Pour into two glasses or jars, dust with a little ground cinnamon and enjoy!
This is the perfect smoothie to take to work, or make in the morning and have as an afternoon snack, as it doesn’t discolour much and the flavours only improve.
