Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter salt and sugar free
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with salads, pasta dishes, couscous, rice dishes, or rice noodle dishes.
