These YUM Asparagus Sun Dried Tomato Hummus Wraps take very little prep and are SO packed to the brim with delicious flavours and healthy, wholesome goodness!

Ingredients
18asparagus
1tbspolive oil
180gtub hummus
6baby marrows sliced into matchsticks
1large avocado sliced
120gsun dried tomato quarters
6 tortilla wraps
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Set oven to 200°C.
Break the ends off the asparagus and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with a little salt & black pepper. Roast for about 10 minutes, turning half way through.
To assemble the wraps, lay them out on a clean surface and spread generously with the hummus, then layer the marrows, asparagus, avocado and sun dried tomatoes slightly off centre.
Roll the wraps starting on the side that has the filling closest to the edge. Slice in half or serve whole.
