This wonderful mixed berry smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, as well as fibre for good digestion. ALSO - it's incredibly delicious, and pretty to look at!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass or jar, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You can use 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt, or regular milk in place of the coconut milk if you wish. It’s delicious and healthy either way!

To make 2 smoothies, simply double the recipe.
