Is Homemade Classic Coconut Raisin Granola healthy / good for you?

Why yes it is! Thanks for asking.

For many reasons, which I will go into below, homemade granola is the way to go if you are following a health-conscious lifestyle and like to be gluten-free, sugar-free and/or vegan.

What I love most about this granola (apart from how delicious it is), is that you can make a big batch, store it in an air-tight container and your breakfast is 99% done for the next 10 days.

All you have to do in the mornings is throw some Classic Coconut Raisin Granola in a bowl and top it with fresh fruit, your favourite yoghurt (dairy or vegan), a dash of milk (dairy or plant), a drizzle of raw honey or maple syrup and you’ve got yourself the most delectable breakfast bowl EVER.

I literally look forward to my breakfast from one morning to the next!

It’s likely my favourite meal of the day at the moment.
