The perfect post work out snack!  I grab one of these out of the fridge or freezer after yoga or cardio and I know I’m getting the protein boost that my body needs.

For more protein and energy packed drinks and snacks check out my Pawpaw Strawberry & Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie, my Dairy & Sugar Free Almond Chocolate Truffles which are actually so healthy you can have them anytime!  And my Honey Bran Granola with Almonds & Apricots which is great for breakfast or a snack.

These are also great as an anytime snack because they’re so nourishing and scrumptious!  In fact it’s hard to limit yourself to just one or two a day!  I like to keep them either in the fridge which just keeps them cool but still soft, or in the freezer which obviously turns them into a frozen snack which I love in the hottest months like right now!

Pear and cashew nuts are so yum together, and with the addition of the dates, peanut butter (or any nut butter you like), cinnamon, coconut and coconut oil these are truly one of the tastiest healthy snacks you can make for yourself.

Your kids will absolutely love these too!  Being naturally sweetened you can rest assured they’re completely good for them.
