Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Bread

This Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Bread is super moist, extremely banana flavoured, with pops of pecan nuts and happy bursts of dark chocolate (sugar free) which will make you feel warm and fuzzy all over! PLUS it’s made with wholewheat flour, cornflour, honey (oh yes, sugar FREE), olive oil, eggs and vanilla essence. It’s SO much more than delicious in my book – it also adds goodness to your diet!

Wholewheat Pecan Date Chai-Tea Ring

It is absolutely time to eat some Wholewheat Pecan Date Chai-Tea Ring!! Any time of day is a good time for this scrumptious, yet HEALTHY sweet bread that is filled with dates, cashews and pecans, and topped with a yoghurt drizzle. Now, you may be thinking, “That doesn’t look like bread??!” And I feel you, but it really is a tea loaf disguised as a tea RING, which in my mind means it’s still a bread. A sweet bread – yes – a tea ring bread!

They’re cheesy, they’re bursting with fresh herbs, they’re break-apart SOFT & FLUFFY in the middle with a slight crunch on the outside. The melted, golden brown cheese on top brings another punch of flavour, and, well…they’re just the loveliest scones ever! I’m pretty sure moms’ everywhere will love these scones…And look at that! It’s Mother’s day on Sunday. Just sayin.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunchies

I’m here to share with you today THE MOST INDULGENT CRUNCHIE I have ever made. A few heaped tablespoons of cocoa for rich, chocolatey flavour, a little coffee to further enhance the chocolate, some generous dollops of peanut butter for pea-nutty creaminess and a soft centre, a sprinkle of cinnamon to add a little spice and brown sugar and syrup for just the right amount of sweetness. The yumminess is just too much!!
